About The Position

One Community Health (OCH), a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center serving the Columbia River Gorge, is hiring a locum provider for family practice. The provider may be a licensed MD, DO, FNP, or PA. The position is at OCH’s clinic in White Salmon, Washington, and is limited in duration, with a possibility of extension. It is a 0.5–1.0 position covering the patient panel of a provider taking a leave of absence. The role provides comprehensive family medicine services in a collaborative environment alongside experienced clinicians. OCH is not considering agency candidates. Providers may be engaged as 1099 or temporary W-2 workers. W-2 compensation is salaried/exempt at $130,000–$310,000 annually, depending on experience and license. Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency receives an additional $0.75 per hour.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school.
• Current board certification.
• Current Oregon MD, DO, NP, or PA license.
• DEA licensure in good standing.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of experience in primary care.

• Experience with Epic EMR.
