Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New Mexico
- Associate degree in Nursing or a related field
- Minimal experience in a clinical or hospital setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Compassionate approach to patient care
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and situations
- Board certification is required

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare staff
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Document patient interactions and treatment plans in electronic medical records
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
- Ensure compliance with practice guidelines and policies
