Requirements

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Current medical license to practice in the state
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
• Basic knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
• Willingness to upskill and engage in continuous learning
• Must be board-certified
• DEA required

Nice To Haves

• Entry-level experience in pediatric care is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical evaluations and treatments for pediatric patients
• Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments
• Diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries
• Administer vaccinations and preventive care
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
• Educate parents and guardians about children's health and wellness
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training
• Provide newborn care from delivery through discharge, including exams, follow-up care, and NICU coordination as needed.
