Requirements

Valid MD or DO medical degree with a focus on Radiology
Current state medical license to practice in Tennessee
Experience in a clinical setting with diagnostic imaging
Strong knowledge of radiological techniques and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to continuous professional development and learning
Board-certified or board-eligible

Responsibilities

Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures and evaluate results
Collaborate with medical teams to ensure optimal patient care
Communicate findings to referring physicians and healthcare providers
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Participate in departmental meetings and quality assurance initiatives
Stay up-to-date with advancements in radiology practices and technologies
Engage in patient consultations and provide guidance on imaging options
Mentor junior staff and provide educational resources when needed
Provide diagnostic and interventional radiology services
Perform Biliary stents and drains, percutaneous nephrostomy, G-tube placement/change, J-tube reposition/change, chest tube, kyphoplasty, lumbar puncture, etc.
