Requirements

• Medical Doctor (MD) degree with specialization in Anesthesiology
• Current active medical license in the state of Missouri
• Experience in a similar anesthesiology role (Associate level)
• Strong knowledge of anesthetic techniques and patient monitoring
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care
• Must be board-certified

Nice To Haves

• Level I Trauma experience
• Experience with 3,400 annual deliveries
• Experience in labor rooms
• Experience with high-risk case types
• Experience working with OB Laborists and CRNAs

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthetics for surgical and procedural patients
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and consultations
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons and other medical professionals
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices
• Provide effective post-operative care and pain management
• Participate in continuous medical education and training
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records
