About The Position

RSMC Services is seeking experienced, dependable locum tenens dentists to provide high-quality patient care at an established general dental practice in Midlothian, Virginia. The role offers a flexible schedule of one to five days per week and ongoing locum opportunities. Dentists will provide routine examinations, restorative dentistry, simple extractions, preventive care, and other general dentistry services. The daily rate is $1,100–$1,300, with housing and travel—including flights, rental car, and accommodations—arranged and paid for. Malpractice insurance is provided. RSMC Services handles administrative and compliance tasks, offers fast credentialing that may allow a start in as little as seven business days, weekly direct deposit, and dedicated recruiter support, including after-hours and weekend availability. Temp-to-perm opportunities may be available.
