About The Position

Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is seeking a qualified locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across clinical settings in Southeast Tennessee. The role involves working in an independent supervision model, supporting neuro, orthopedic, and general cases in a facility with 18 anesthesia rooms. The EMR is paper-based.

The assignment is expected to last 30 weeks. Shifts are 10–16 hours on weeknights and weekends. Weekend pager call is preferred, as are holiday shifts and holiday call. Credentialing typically takes 45 days, with an expedited timeframe of 30 days.

The ideal candidate has strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and a patient-centered approach, and works effectively with patients, families, and the care team. Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions coordinates travel and lodging, provides credentialing support, and assigns a personal account specialist throughout the assignment and beyond.

Requirements

• Current CRNA certification from the National Board on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
• Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Tennessee.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide anesthesia care to diverse patient populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• PALS and other advanced certifications as applicable.

Nice To Haves

• One to three years of CRNA experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in various case types.
• Availability for weekend pager call, holiday shifts, and holiday call.
