About The Position

Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is seeking a qualified Locum CRNA to provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a range of clinical settings in Northwest Pennsylvania. The role involves working within a collaborative, well-supported anesthesia care team and providing care for general, orthopedic, obstetric, and pediatric cases. The supervision model is one anesthetist to four providers. Shifts are 8–10 hours, with full-time work required weekly; in-house call is preferred. The assignment is expected to last 3–6 months, and credentialing takes approximately 90 days. Candidates must already hold a Pennsylvania license. Epic is the EMR. This is a 1099 locum contract opportunity.

Requirements

• Current CRNA certification from the National Board on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
• Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Pennsylvania; candidates must already have a Pennsylvania license.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide anesthesia care to diverse patient populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and the care team.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required; PALS and other advanced certifications are required as applicable.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 1–3 years of CRNA experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in various case types.
• In-house call is preferred.
