Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in locksmithing is a plus.
Strong interest in security systems and locksmithing as a career.
Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with clients.
Basic mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining locks and access control systems.
Learn to troubleshoot and resolve security system issues under the guidance of skilled technicians.
Support the team in conducting site assessments for security needs.
Help maintain inventory of tools and supplies necessary for locksmithing tasks.
Participate in customer service interactions to understand client needs and expectations.
Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations at all times.
Gain hands-on experience with key cutting, rekeying, and lock installation.
Collaborate with team members on various projects to enhance your learning experience.
