About The Position

This role serves as the primary liaison post-sale, responsible for the proper setup and ongoing support of all new and existing lockbox customers. The position involves account opening, maintenance, and troubleshooting customer issues. It also requires engagement with third-party lockbox vendors and supporting team operations through projects and assignments.

Requirements

• 3+ years financial services experience preferred
• Deposit account servicing experience
• Customer service experience
• Property management industry knowledge
• Cash management product knowledge
• Payments industry knowledge
• Ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of property management industry
• Well organized
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
