About The Position

The Lockbox Processor works within PNC's AR Advantage Operations organization in Itasca, Illinois. The role extracts remittances according to standard operating procedures and maintains productivity and quality levels. It processes and reconciles transactions, ensures materials, documentation, and capacity are available, confirms equipment is operational when applicable, and reviews transactions and documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with service levels and policies. The role may involve machine operation and basic ten-key skills. The scheduled hours are Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with Friday and Saturday off. This is an in-office position. Prior experience is not required, and a university or college degree, high school diploma, or GED is not typically required for primary duties.

Knowledge of operational functions and standard operating procedures.
May require basic ten-key skills and some machine operation.

Responsibilities

Extract remittances according to standard operating procedures.
Maintain required productivity and quality levels.
Process and/or reconcile transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Ensure appropriate materials, documentation, and capacity are available to complete transactions.
Confirm equipment is operational, when applicable.
Provide feedback on workflow and work received.
Review transactions and related documents and verify processes for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to service levels and applicable policies and procedures.
Focus on customer needs and satisfaction when making business decisions and creating customer solutions.
Assess and manage risks associated with business objectives and activities in alignment with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
