About The Position

Arclin USA is currently seeking talent to fill a Shared Services Administrator job in our Albany GA location. Reporting into the Plant Manager, this role will serve as the local Shared Services leader, and as the site Training Facilitator. This role will have responsibilities relating to Business Reporting, Inventory Management, Purchasing, Training, etc.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Good written & oral communication skills, good organizational and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy when completing forms, filing, computer interactions, etc
  • Demonstrated time/priority management skills.
  • Self-starter who can work with little supervision and “runs to the work”.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with precise detail and follow-up reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to operate safely in a manufacturing environment; this may include, but is not limited to potentially lifting up to 20 lbs, standing for extended periods of time bending, crouching, stooping, rotating, climbing stairs, or any combination of the aforementioned, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Daily review of transactions in Business Central to ensure inventory accuracy including, but not limited to, production, consumption, bills of material, performance, inventory management, shipping & receiving, MRO procurement
  • Production reporting for morning leadership team meeting and weekly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Provide inventory receiving transactions to support purchases from External Suppliers
  • Manages physical inventory (e.g., cycle counts) evaluations, both on & off-site, as required and provides reconciliation
  • Place Requisitions as requested or needed for MRO items, services and general supplies
  • Track/adjust open PO delivery dates as necessary and ensure all are current and up to date
  • Review reports to ensure that each receipt has a matching invoice and resolve any accounts payable issues
  • Serve as ERP system key user and support the plant with any training or support necessary
  • Attend other incidental meetings as needed (RCA’s, PHA’s, Alarm Management, ETC.)
  • Work with production Supervisors to facilitate and provide training to Production Operators.
  • Track training progress through Skills Block binders
  • Sign-off on production operator skills achievement
  • Maintain office supplies inventory
  • Assist with unloading of Raw Material shipments received at the plant
