About The Position
Town & Country Disposal, a Waste Connections company, is looking for a safety-conscious Local Route Driver to join their expanding team in Rock Rapids, Iowa. This position offers a competitive pay range of $20 - $24 per hour and a Monday to Friday schedule, starting at 5:00 AM until the route is complete. The company provides the truck, training, and will pay for the CDL to help employees grow their careers.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license (CDL not required – we’ll help you get it!)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to safety and customer service
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company vehicle on designated routes
- Pick up and transport waste and recycling materials
- Maintain accurate records of pick-ups and deliveries
- Communicate effectively with customers and dispatch
