The Local Restaurant Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the Operations team and is primarily responsible for driving incremental business into the restaurants. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and is motivated to grow sales while maintaining a high level of professionalism and energy. The Local Restaurant Marketing Specialist should be comfortable with cold calling and canvassing. This is a fully in-person, field-based role that requires traveling to local businesses and surrounding towns to generate catering sales. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and reliable access to a personal vehicle. In addition to sales responsibilities, this role also supports catering operations, so prior food production experience is preferred to assist with preparing catering orders as needed.
