About The Position
Azurreo is a global technology, telecom, and engineering services partner seeking a reliable and proactive Local Support Assistant in Miami, Florida, to provide essential on-site operational support at their local office. This is a freelance, on-demand engagement, meaning work is sporadic and scheduled in advance based on operational needs. There are no fixed or guaranteed weekly hours. You will be contacted for specific tasks or interventions as they arise, typically during standard Monday-Friday business hours in Miami.
Requirements
- Excellent availability and flexibility for sporadic, pre-scheduled assignments.
- Highly detail-oriented and proactive in managing tasks from start to finish.
- Basic technical aptitude for office equipment and IT troubleshooting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Must live or be based in Miami.

Responsibilities
- Office Scouting & Facilities Coordination: Act as Azurreo's local representative by visiting prospective office locations, liaising with landlords and property agents, collecting rental and facility information, and preparing concise reports with observations to support management in selecting and securing the company's new office.
- Shipment Coordination & Inventory Management: Manage all office logistics by coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments with carriers like DHL/FedEx and performing regular inventory checks to maintain accurate digital records of equipment and supplies.
- On-Site Troubleshooting & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for technical troubleshooting, diagnosing hardware/software issues, and liaising with vendors to resolve infrastructure or logistical roadblocks.
