About The Position

The Aspen Group (TAG) is a leading retail healthcare business support organization in the U.S., supporting thousands of healthcare professionals and team members across numerous health and wellness offices. Each brand benefits from expert resources to grow their practices and deliver high-quality consumer healthcare experiences. TAG is seeking a Local Program Manager to drive growth across geographies. This role involves tracking performance, developing insights on trends, and coordinating improvement initiatives for underperforming locations, ensuring alignment among marketing, field, and agency partners. The position will initially focus on ClearChoice and managing the 2026 local priorities roadmap, with future evolution to include in-depth analysis of challenging regions and shaping local growth strategy. This role is ideal for an organized, analytical individual who thrives on translating data into actionable strategies within a large, multi-location business.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, operations, analytics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable working in Excel/Sheets and interpreting performance data
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and keep them on track
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively across internal teams and external partners
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience in multi-location, franchise, retail, or healthcare businesses a plus

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support performance communications across local markets, building dashboards and reporting that give leadership and field teams visibility into trends and areas needing attention.
  • Maintain a clear view of local program priorities, owners, and timelines, keeping initiatives on track.
  • Coordinate center-led improvement initiatives for underperforming locations.
  • Plan, track, and summarize results of local marketing tests and programs, and recommend next steps.
  • Conduct deeper analyses of specific challenging regions to understand root causes of underperformance.
  • Contribute to the development of local growth strategy, helping identify where and how to invest as the program matures.
