About The Position

Drive local multi-stop grocery delivery routes in 48-foot and 53-foot dry vans and reefers within a 250-mile radius. Routes serve regional stores, including Long Island and NYC boroughs, excluding Manhattan. Comprehensive city orientation is provided. Drivers operate automatic day cabs on a slip-seat arrangement and must provide their own transportation to and from the yard. The schedule is Friday–Tuesday or Tuesday–Saturday, with a 10:00 AM start and 12- to 14-hour days. Drivers return home nightly. Annual earnings are stated as $80,000–$110,000, including a base mileage rate of $0.60–$0.66 per mile and additional activity pay: $60–$75 daily rates, $20.50–$22.50 per stop, $20 per hour for safety training, and an optional $75 bonus for working a sixth day. The role requires at least nine months of verified tractor-trailer experience and completion of pre-employment DOT screening, including urine and hair follicle drug tests and a physical. Requirements

CDL-A solo truck driver.
At least nine months of verified tractor-trailer experience.

Have dependable personal transportation to and from the yard.
