About The Position

CDN Logistics is hiring a local Class B CDL Pickup and Delivery Driver for LTL work in a box truck. This is a touch-freight position, and applicants must have relevant experience. The role requires at least two years of verifiable local bobtail or straight-truck experience with a Class B CDL, box-truck pickup and delivery experience, knowledge of the greater Chicago area, and a clean MVR. Applicants with major violations, Class C licenses, bus, tanker, or mixer driving experience, third-party applications, or SAP status are not eligible.

The position is local and home daily, working Monday through Friday. Scheduled start times are 7 a.m., 8 a.m., or 9 a.m. Starting pay is $27.75 per hour for drivers with at least two years of P&D/LTL experience, with scheduled hourly increases every six months. Drivers earn $60,000 to $75,000 annually and may receive year-end attendance and safety bonuses.

Requirements

• Class B CDL.
• At least two years of verifiable local bobtail or straight-truck experience.
• Box-truck pickup and delivery experience.
• At least two years of local experience.
• Knowledge of the greater Chicago area.
• Clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Relevant touch-freight experience.
• No major violations.
• Applicants with Class C licenses, bus, tanker, or mixer driving experience, third-party applications, or SAP status are excluded.
