About The Position

RAS XPS is seeking independent cargo van contractors to handle local pickups and deliveries of building and construction materials. Contractors use their own cargo van and operate their own business. Routes involve deliveries to job sites, businesses, and homes, with contractors responsible for licensing, insurance, equipment, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Average gross settlements across RAS XPS van locations have ranged from $250 to $350 per completed route over the past six months. Route pay is calculated by distance and weight, route lengths vary, and actual earnings are not guaranteed. Amounts are gross revenue before business expenses such as fuel, insurance, and maintenance. Settlements are paid weekly, starting after the first week. Steady volume is available Monday through Saturday, and contractors are home every night. Contractors may operate one van or a fleet.

Requirements

• Own or lease a cargo van with at least 10 feet of cargo space.
• Have a sole proprietorship or registered business.
• Have a USDOT number and MC authority if required for the van or state.
• Have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Be comfortable loading, securing, and unloading heavy materials.
• Complete onboarding and qualification requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Construction or building materials delivery experience.
• White-glove or residential delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Pick up building and construction materials and deliver them to job sites, businesses, and homes.
• Secure each load safely before driving.
• Provide customers with a professional delivery experience.
• Inspect the van and keep delivery records up to date.
