The supervisor must also provide excellent guest service, develop positive working relationships, and identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement. The job requires the ability to read and visually verify information, inspect equipment, and perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, walking, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds. The role also involves fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and navigating various spaces, including stairs.
