About The Position

The Lobby Houseperson is responsible for maintaining the standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments in public spaces. This role involves handling guest complaints to ensure satisfaction, observing all house and safety rules, and completing assigned cleaning duties according to franchise and hotel standards. The position requires flexibility in scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year cleaning experience.
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
  • Knowledge of proper chemical handling.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous hotel experience preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities
