The Lobby Host (Bellman) supports the Guest Experience team in creating authentic, memorable experiences that distinguish EAST Miami. Requirements
- Able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
- Able to speak, read, and write in English.
- Attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous.

- Previous experience in a similar position.

- Openness to giving and receiving feedback.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome hotel guests.
- Assist guests with luggage and belongings.
- Deliver parcels, packages, and messages to guest rooms.
- Assist guests with room check-in according to EAST Miami standards.
- Assist the front desk during high-volume periods.
- Perform all duties of Door Attendants.
- Provide accurate directions to area attractions and daily hotel events.
- Complete off-property runs for guests as requested.
