About The Position

This is a part-time Lobby Attendant position responsible for ensuring the hotel lobbies are serviced throughout the day. The role includes servicing public restrooms in lobby areas, responding to guest requests, servicing executive offices, and servicing associate locker rooms. Specific duties also involve cleaning and stocking restrooms and locker rooms on various levels, and performing rounds in different lobby areas to dust and set furnishings.

• Ability to clean and stock restrooms and locker rooms.
• Ability to perform rounds and dust/set furnishings in various lobby areas.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the hotel lobbies are serviced throughout the day.
• Service all men's and ladies' public restrooms in lobby areas.
• Respond to guest requests.
• Service the executive offices.
• Service both men's and ladies' associate locker rooms.
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor.
• Properly clean and stock all public restrooms on Lobby, 1-B and 2-B levels.
• Properly clean and stock associate locker and restrooms on levels 1-B and 2-B.
• Make rounds of the East and West lobbies, Garden Court, Main Lobby, 1-B public space area, 2-B public space area and the Parking Entrance area dusting and properly setting furnishings.
