About The Position

The Role Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for customer service and technical problem-solving? In this role, you’ll be a vital member of the Professional Services team, ensuring the successful conversion of new banks to the DCI data processing system. This position combines your technical expertise and client-focused approach to drive meaningful outcomes for community banks. This position will be located in the corporate office in Hutchinson, KS.

Requirements

Ability to travel at least 50%, supporting conversion schedules.
General knowledge of the banking industry and financial data processing.
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent leadership and relationship-building abilities.
Regular & reliable attendance required

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
Three or more years of experience in the financial industry.
Familiarity with bank compliance regulations.
Advanced skills in financial computing, Microsoft Office applications, and Oracle databases.
Exceptional problem-solving, documentation, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Collect and prepare data from new client banks for system conversion.
Collaborate with Programmers to submit and test converted data.
Provide post-conversion training and consultation for client banks.
Assist in designing and testing new projects and enhancements for DCI systems.
Provide back-up support for customer inquiries and concerns regarding DCI applications.
Conduct consulting and operational audits for client banks.
Document findings and recommend actionable solutions.
Implement or assist with recommended actions for clients.
