This role is for a dedicated individual with 2-3 years of experience in managing loans and distributions within the retirement plan landscape to join our Loans and Distribution team. The individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely processing, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service, all while embracing our empathetic and growth-driven culture. This is a fully remote position and can be performed from anywhere within the United States; however, due to the primary locations of our client teams, preference will be given to those in the Central and Eastern time zones.
