Requirements

2–3 years of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and training
Strong customer relations skills with the ability to understand and respond to customer inquiries
Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Manage the check-in and check-out process for all loaner vehicles in accordance with current policies
Ensure all loaner cars are clean, well-maintained, and properly accounted for
Drive loaner vehicles as needed
Follow up with customers on loaner-related needs or concerns
Assist customers with Bluetooth, navigation, and basic vehicle feature questions
Collaborate with Hertz/Enterprise to streamline the loaner process when necessary
Collect payments for repair orders, rentals, vehicle sales, and other transactions
Perform additional tasks assigned
