Loaner Car Customer Service Agent Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Loaner Car Customer Service Agent to manage our dealership's courtesy transportation and loaner vehicle program. This position is responsible for coordinating the reservation, checkout, and return process of loaner vehicles, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for our service customers.
