About The Position
BMW of Silver Spring is immediately hiring a customer-focused Loaner Advisor to support our Service Department and deliver a premium customer experience. This role is responsible for managing the courtesy loaner process, assisting customers, scheduling appointments, and performing cashiering duties. Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to read and interpret procedural and safety documents
- Basic proficiency with MS Office, computers, internet use, and general math
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and schedule service appointments
- Greet customers and verify loaner reservations and agreements
- Manage the courtesy loaner vehicle process from check-out to return
- Communicate with customers regarding loaner availability and questions
- Assign vehicles, inspect conditions, and assist with fleet management
