Loaner Car Coordinator
About The Position
Mercedes-Benz of San Francisco is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Loaner Car Coordinator to join our team in San Francisco, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the loaner car program to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. You will coordinate vehicle availability, maintenance scheduling, and assist with customer interactions to maintain the high standards associated with the Mercedes-Benz brand. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in automotive dealership operations or fleet management preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the loaner car fleet, ensuring vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customer use.
- Schedule and track vehicle maintenance and repairs to maintain fleet reliability and safety.
- Liaise with service advisors and customers to facilitate timely and efficient loaner car assignment.
- Maintain accurate records of loaner car usage, agreements, and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and DMV regulations related to loaner vehicles.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues related to loaner vehicles promptly.
