About The Position
This contractor will be joining a Quality Assurance team responsible for reviewing legal documents with WF customers who are dealing with civil legal matters. The role involves examining physical legal documents to ensure accuracy, consistency with corresponding paperwork, and compliance with state requirements. The specialist will also test information before it is sent to third-party legal partners and check notarization on documents. Occasional judgment and complaint validations may also be required.
Requirements
- Experience in a Quality Assurance team.
- Ability to review legal documents.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
- Understanding of state legal requirements.
- Familiarity with notarization processes.
- Ability to test information.
- Experience with judgment and complaint validations is a plus.
