Responsibilities

• Contributes to the enforcement of loan servicing policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and adhere to regulatory compliance.
• Monitors the servicing of loans, including maintenance and the review of several reports.
• Assists with the gathering of information for internal and external auditors.
• Monitors department email inboxes (insurance and loan servicing.)
• Processes insurance payments from customer's escrow account.
• Processes escrow disbursement for real estate taxes.
• Responsible for opening/closing of third party provider contracts for tax and insurance purposes.
• Performs test run & final run of annual escrow analysis.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leaders
