Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Someone responsible for daily functions required in Credit Department.
  • Someone to perform and monitor loan maintenance and advances on Jack Henry.
  • Someone to answer phone and review reports for quality control.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills and the ability to work as part of the team.
  • Working knowledge of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft365.
  • Can manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Care about your community and have a desire to be involved.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous banking experience
  • Knowledge of Jack Henry systems

Responsibilities

  • Review daily reports, which may include Loan Maintenance, CIF Maintenance, AFTs, expiring messages, zero balance accounts, ordered loan coupons, partial pay and review all loan payments from previous day.
  • Assist customers with loan servicing questions, including internal calls from lenders and administrative assistants.
  • Scan loan/credit related documents into Synergy.
  • Send out loan payoffs statements and complete VOMs.
