About The Position

As a Loan Servicing Intern at Fidelity Bank, you will gain exposure to the verbal and written communications with borrowers and Loan Assistants regarding initial set up, escrow analysis, Investor claim payments, Assessing delinquent loans for workouts and data input quality control. The candidate for this position will be responsible for: Submitting Investor claim reimbursement forms. Inputting loan information to qualify for streamline workouts Data input for investor default reporting

Requirements

• A high school diploma (or equivalent)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to perform at a high level of accuracy
