Loan Servicing Supervisor
About The Position
At Regions, the Loan Servicing Supervisor leads a team of nonexempt associates performing a variety of operational activities within Loan Servicing. Primary Responsibilities Assigns work to staff and determines workflow Supervises team to ensure that all quality standards are met Resolves escalated or complex issues as necessary Identifies, designs, and implements process improvements to increase department efficiency Responsible for hiring, coaching, and corrective action of associates Ensures staff is properly trained, and adheres to policy and procedures This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of operations or related work experience
- Or High School Diploma or GED and five (5) years of operations or related work experience
- One (1) year of leadership or supervisory experience
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong time management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree or college courses
- Banking and leadership experience
- Experience managing a team
