Responsibilities

Provide oversight and accountability for loan data entry and manual payment posting.
Maintain loan information and system parameters for all loan types.
Review work, compare system data with source documents, and correct discrepancies.
Review error and maintenance reports and complete necessary corrections.
Research and resolve non-posting, exception, and general ledger issues.
Prepare simplified loan documents and loan-servicing reports.
Review loan files and index scanned documentation.
