The Commercial Loan Servicer is responsible for providing accurate and timely servicing support for the Bank’s commercial loan portfolio. This position maintains loan data integrity, processes servicing activities, and supports regulatory, reporting, and operational requirements. The role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and accountability to help mitigate operational and reputational risk while ensuring compliance with all Bank policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations. Success in this role requires accuracy, adaptability, and a proactive approach. You’ll manage complex tasks independently, meet tight deadlines, and contribute to a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment.
Requirements
- Associate degree in a related field and/or 2+ years of comparable work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong professionalism, discretion, and communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to stay positive under pressure.
- High attention to detail and comfort working in a dynamic environment.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Solid analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Advanced math proficiency (interest, proportions, rates, ratios, percentages).

Responsibilities
- Providing accurate and timely servicing support for the Bank’s commercial loan portfolio.
- Maintaining loan data integrity.
- Processing servicing activities.
