About The Position

Main Street Bank is growing again and looking to add a dynamic new Commercial Loan Closer to our growing lending department at our Canfield Loan production Office. We are seeking an experienced commercial loan administrative professional to join us. Main Street Bank has been rooted in serving our neighbors, businesses, farmers, and agricultural communities with personal, responsive, and best-in-class lending products and services since 1899.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in commercial loan documentation, loan processing, or a similar role within a banking or financial services environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with loan processing and document management software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with commercial loan products, legal documentation, and regulatory compliance is highly desirable.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, legal studies, or a related field is preferred; combination of education or relevant experience will also be considered
