About The Position

Provide a range of service to support the Lending Team and other staff members regarding preparation of loan documentation for consumer, commercial, and real estate closings. Examine documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with existing bank policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent
Must have banking experience and at least two years in loan operations
Knowledge of documentation for all loan types
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to operate in a high activity environment and adapt to rapid changes.

Responsibilities

File original notes and negotiable items
Process paid loans including releasing collateral, etc.
Process ITRAK import daily and review import data
Set up exception tracking for new loans and CIF’s
Set up and train new employees on the ITRAK system
Perfect collateral (prepare and mail in modifications, process UCC’s, process title binder extensions, etc)
Process incoming trailing documents and update the tracking system accordingly
Prepare loans for Funding
Book Loans on the core system
Prepare loan documentation
Image new loan documents and trailing documents on the loan and customer level
Prepare payoff quotes
Answer customer calls
Other research/projects as assigned and required
Process line of credit and floor plan draw requests
Process loan payments
