About The Position

Dovenmuehle Mortgage, Inc. (“Dovenmuehle”) is the leading mortgage subservicing firm in the United States with several hundred financial institution clients nationwide. This role is responsible for processing applications for name, payment, or term changes and reports to the Supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 – 2 years working knowledge of loan origination processing.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications and loan servicing platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle complex, multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to always interact in a positive and professional manner with all levels of both internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of files within required timelines and protocols.
• Correspond with all parties regarding required documents and timeframes, including outside vendors.
• Obtain and review documents for completeness.
• Prepare, review for accuracy (as applicable, depending on the product), and ensure timely delivery of completed loan packages to specialists in accordance with departmental guidelines.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge and adherence to all laws, regulations, and organizational processes.
• Successfully complete annual regulatory compliance training.
• Additional duties as assigned.
