About The Position
This role involves assisting customers with consumer loan inquiries, maintaining knowledge of lending products, and ensuring satisfactory service levels. The associate will interview customers, type loan contracts, prepare reports, process loan applications and transactions, and assist in loan closings. The position also requires researching history on current loans and performing other assigned duties.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have strong and accurate typing and data entry skills
- Must have strong PC knowledge
- Must have good phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize
- Able to effectively work with employees at all levels
- Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
- Must successfully pass background investigation and drug screen according to company policy
