About The Position
SimpleCREDIT provides business-purpose real estate financing for investors, based in Garden City, New York. The company finances bridge, fix-and-flip (residential transitional), and DSCR rental loans for real estate investors. It is hiring an experienced Loan Originator to grow its investor lending business on Long Island and in the New York metro area. The role works with in-house processing and underwriting teams, allowing the Loan Originator to focus on finding and closing loans. The role covers business-purpose and investor loans only; consumer residential mortgage origination is not part of the position. It is full-time and on-site at 900 Stewart Ave, Suite 202, Garden City, NY 11530. Compensation is a base salary of $75,000–$100,000 plus uncapped commission on every closed loan.
Requirements
- Two or more years originating or brokering investor, private, or hard-money real estate loans.
- Clear communication and steady follow-up.

Responsibilities
- Source bridge, fix-and-flip, and DSCR loans from investors, brokers, and developers.
- Manage each loan from the first conversation through closing.
- Structure deals within the company’s credit guidelines.
- Submit complete loan packages to processing and underwriting.
- Build and maintain referral relationships.
