Requirements

H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
3 years loan servicing, loan documentation or related job experience in the financial industry
Knowledge of Microsoft office products, preferably proficient in MS Excel, and MS Word
Familiar with General Ledger balancing and common banking transactions
Knowledge of FIS/IBS bank core system or other similar banking system

Nice To Haves

Completion of specialized banking or finance courses

Responsibilities

Setting up all types of new loans, modifications, renewals, and extensions in our core system (IBS).
Performing a variety of loan servicing activities, from account maintenance to processing loan payments and sending out statements.
Making General Ledger entries using PeopleSoft.
Reviewing reports.
Tackling other tasks as assigned.
