About The Position

Integrity Home Lending is hiring Loan Officers who are ready to dominate the industry and are looking for a company that celebrates sales people. We are seeking individuals with a strong network, a drive to maximize lead sources, and a desire to see their paychecks soar. The ideal candidate is energized, ready to succeed, and wants to be well-compensated. They enjoy working in a motivating team environment, strive to be the best version of themselves, and demonstrate integrity in all actions. We are looking for disciplined, fearless individuals with a will to win, and experience working internet leads is a plus. Strong customer service and follow-up skills are a must. This is a full-time position for 5-star salespeople who want to work either in-office or remotely and earn over $100K per year.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales.
• Integrity, Disciplined, Fearless, Will to Win, Pipeline Builders, Prospecting Pros, and a desire to push to become a better version of yourself.
• Excellent cross-selling, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with consumers, builders, and realtors.
• Ability to deal with time constraints and strong attention to detail.
• Extended hours sitting and performing computer tasks may be required.

Nice To Haves

• 4-year degree preferred.
• Experience working internet leads.
• Realtor, Builder, Accountant, relationships are helpful.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
