About The Position

Integrity Home Lending is seeking motivated Loan Officers to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, be eager to utilize company lead sources, and aim for high earning potential. This role is for sales-driven individuals who thrive in a motivating team environment, demonstrate integrity, are open to new sales strategies, and possess a disciplined, fearless, and competitive spirit. Experience with internet leads and established relationships with realtors, builders, or accountants are considered a plus. Strong customer service and follow-up skills are essential. This is a full-time position with the option to work in-office or remotely, with the potential to earn over $100K annually.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales.
  • Integrity, Disciplined, Fearless, Will to Win, Pipeline Builders, Prospecting Pros, and a desire to push to become a better version of yourself.
  • Excellent cross-selling, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively with consumers, builders, and realtors.
  • Ability to deal with time constraints and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working internet leads is a big plus.
  • Realtor, Builder, Accountant, relationships are helpful.
  • Strong customer service and follow up skills a must.
