About The Position

Integrity Home Lending (Ranked #1 in Customer Service by Lending Tree in Q1, Q2, top 10 Q4 of 2025, and Q1 in 2026 out of 500+) is HIRING!!!! We are looking for loan officers who have a network they can leverage, hungry to maximize Integrity Home Lending's lead sources, and see their paycheck soar. We are looking for sales people who are energized, ready to rule the world, and want to be well compensated. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a motivating team environment, demonstrate Integrity in everything they do, take direction well and be open to new sales strategies. We are seeking disciplined, fearless individuals with a will to win. Experience working internet leads is a big plus. Relationships with Realtors, Builders, and Accountants are helpful. Strong customer service and follow-up skills are a must. This is a full-time position for 5-star salespeople who want to work either in office or remote, and earn $100K + per year.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales.
• Integrity, Disciplined, Fearless, Will to Win, Pipeline Builders, Prospecting Pros, and a desire to push to become a better version of yourself.
• Excellent cross-selling, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to deal with time constraints and strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• 4-year degree preferred.
