About The Position

Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is seeking an experienced Loan Officer for their Consumer Direct team. This role involves listening to customers, building rapport, and analyzing their financial situations to provide appropriate solutions. They offer a full line of residential mortgage, refinancing, and specialty loans, supported by a knowledgeable staff and an operations team.   • Basic computer skills and data entry.
  • Sales experience preferred.
  • College degree preferred, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Listen to customers, build rapport, understand and analyze their full financial situations.
  • Provide the most appropriate financial solutions to meet each client's specific needs.
  • Take inbound calls.
  • Handle a high volume of phone calls.
  • Perform basic computer skills and data entry.

  • Average Income of a Senior Loan Officer is typically between $50,000 and $200,000 a year.
