Dallas Regional Loan Officer
About The Position
Caliver Beach Mortgage is seeking a Loan Officer to run their business remotely on a P&L basis under the company's umbrella. This role offers uncapped commissions and a wide range of loan products for all borrower types. Loan Officers have the flexibility to add additional Loan Officers to their team or act as an individual Loan Officer. The company is licensed in 28 states and provides administrative, operational, and compliance support from Corporate. This is an exciting opportunity for entrepreneurs at heart who are interested in growing a team and have strong relationship-building skills, with a business largely built on referrals.
Requirements
- An active NMLS/MLO license
- Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information
- Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in relevant software and tools

Responsibilities
- Run your business remotely on a P&L basis
- Add additional LO's to your team OR act as an individual LO
- Develop referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPA's, Financial Planners, etc.
- Maintain a database of past clients for marketing purposes
- Close at least 3-5 units per month
