About The Position

To assist Loan Officers in facilitating the completion of mortgage loan applications. To collect, analyze, and review supporting loan documentation in accordance with loan guidelines, and provide support throughout the loan application process. Serve as a point of contact for members, receiving and responding to member inquiries to help them collect required information and complete any necessary documentation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Customer Service/administrative Experience in a professional office setting
  • Mortgage/Real Estate/Financial Institution experience is HIGHLY PREFERRED

Responsibilities

  • Support and Communicate with Loan Officers and Members
  • Obtaining min required docs from Member to assist in approvability of the loan
  • Working the loan from pre app to post app
  • Calculate income, analyzing asset statement
  • Updating loan operating systems
  • Phone: 50% of the job -daily phone contact to members for certain tasks and other tasks will be virtual contact
