Requirements

Ability to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System
Basic administrative, customer service, and research skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Comfort working in a busy, fast-paced environment
Experience with word processing and spreadsheets

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with mortgage products or financial services

Responsibilities

Set up new mortgage applications, including printing applications and credit reports
Track and route incoming loan volume to the appropriate team members
Assist with retrieving and preparing closed loan files for secondary marketing
Answer, direct, and document incoming calls from members
Prepare and send marketing materials, disclosures, and member packages
Schedule appointments for Loan Officers and processors
Provide general mortgage-related information to members
Review and process appraisal invoices
Maintain organized files—copying, faxing, and scanning as needed
Generate basic reports for tracking purposes
Ensure compliance with all federal regulations and company policies
Support additional administrative tasks as assigned
