About The Position

TEKsystems is currently searching for career-driven candidates interested in a Loan Officer Assistant opportunity with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in the Pensacola, FL area! This role provides administrative support to Supervisory Staff, Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs), Processors and Closers to expedite the processing of mortgage applications. The position also involves mortgage administration and post-closing assistance, as well as receiving and responding to inquiries from members regarding mortgage applications.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of office/administrative experience
  • Leadership experience within a retail or restaurant setting
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Excel and SharePoint experience is a plus

Nice To Haves

  • Mortgage/Real Estate/Financial Institution experience is Highly Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist Secondary Marketing with retrieving outstanding Notes and preparing files for delivery, after closing has occurred
  • Initiate setup of mortgage applications by printing application and credit report
  • Monitor incoming loan volume; assigning and tracking each loan prior to forwarding
  • Monitor, field and direct phone calls; document as required
